The practice’s refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and missed-appointment policy.

At On the Go Wellness, we value your time and are committed to providing high-quality care and support. Please review these expectations before booking.
All initial consultations are nonrefundable, regardless of attendance or future treatment decisions. This includes an initial consultation cancelled with 24 hours’ notice. The fee reserves time exclusively for your personalized care conversation.
Missed appointments are nonrefundable. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund or credit is available.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments other than initial consultations cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. The nonrefundable initial consultation rule takes precedence over the general refund provision.
