How On the Go Wellness handles website information, consultation requests, general inquiries, and privacy requests.
LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 8, 2026
Privacy policy.
On the Go Wellness (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit our website or contact us with a general inquiry, including a consultation request. It covers the website operated by On the Go Wellness, including pages hosted through Vercel and onthego-wellness.com.
The website provides practice information, direct email contact, a general contact form, and links to Practice Better for consultation booking. The contact form sends a message to the practice; it does not book an appointment or collect payment. Consultation links open Practice Better in a new tab for booking and related intake and payment steps.
1. Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, and a message. When you submit it, the website sends those details through Resend for email delivery to Elizabeth at elizabeth@onthego-wellness.com. The email also identifies the originating page. The website does not maintain a separate contact-message database; messages may be retained in email systems and by delivery providers. If you contact us by email, we may receive your contact details, message contents, and information needed to respond. Keep general inquiries limited to non-sensitive questions. Do not send medical records, detailed health information, or payment card numbers through this form or ordinary email.
2. Information collected when you visit
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include your IP address, browser or device information, pages requested, request times, referring website where supplied by your browser, and diagnostic or security logs. This website does not ask for precise location access. Loading the website does not create a patient record. The request form also uses a short-lived signed submission token and an anti-spam field to help reject invalid or automated submissions; these are not patient records.
3. How information is used
We use general inquiry information to answer questions, communicate about getting started, and handle administrative requests such as cancellation or rescheduling. Website technical information supports page delivery, troubleshooting, and security. Information may also be used where necessary to meet legal obligations or address disputes. We do not use this website to sell personal information or deliver targeted advertising.
4. Cookies, fonts, and tracking
No advertising pixels or application analytics tools have been added to this website. Access to protected Vercel pages may involve authentication cookies; hosting or security services may also use essential technologies. The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser sends technical request information to Google’s font services. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may affect protected page access. Cookies and tracking on an external booking or payment service are governed by that service’s notices. Website administrators use essential sign-in and session cookies through Auth.js. Administrator access is restricted to approved email addresses. Sign-in links are sent through Resend; verification tokens and editable website content are stored privately with Vercel Blob. These features do not add advertising tracking for website visitors.
5. Appointment booking and payments
Consultation booking links open On the Go Wellness’s Practice Better booking page in a new tab. Practice Better handles the booking process and related client portal, intake, and payment steps; you may provide account, appointment, intake, or payment information there. Review the privacy notices and any practice-specific notices shown there before submitting information. This website’s general contact form is separate from booking. This website does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes.
This website is for practice information and general contact, not clinical intake or medical-record storage. When care begins, use the clinical communication channel designated by the practice. Health information may be subject to healthcare privacy requirements and a separate Notice of Privacy Practices, where applicable. This website policy does not replace that notice or describe every use of clinical records. Contact Elizabeth for information about privacy notices and rights that apply to your care.
7. When information is shared
Information may be processed by providers that help deliver website hosting, fonts, general contact messages through Resend, email communication, and Practice Better booking or payment services. Website support providers may also access information needed to maintain or troubleshoot the site. We may disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or where permitted by law to address fraud, security concerns, disputes, or threats to safety. A website visit alone does not authorize disclosure of your medical records. External providers’ own privacy notices may also apply.
General inquiry and administrative information is retained for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain appropriate business records, or meet applicable legal obligations. Hosting logs, backups, and information held by other service providers may have separate retention periods. Clinical and payment records, if created through other services, may be subject to different legal and operational requirements. Contact us for information about a particular record or retention practice.
9. Protecting information
The website uses HTTPS to encrypt information in transit between your browser and the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Ordinary email may not be appropriate for sensitive health information, so use the practice’s designated clinical channel. Please do not send passwords or full payment card details to us by email.
10. Your choices and privacy requests
You may choose not to contact us or not to provide optional information. You can ask about information associated with your inquiry, request correction, or request deletion where available under applicable law. Some information may need to be kept for legal, clinical, security, or recordkeeping reasons, and deletion may not be available for every record. Contact Elizabeth using the details below. We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding. These requests do not replace any separate rights that apply to your clinical records.
11. Children’s privacy
This informational website is not directed to children under 13 and does not provide a child-facing signup or intake form. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information through a general inquiry can contact us for assistance. Any eligibility or consent requirements for clinical services are handled separately by the practice.
12. External services and processing locations
Links may take you to services operated by other organizations. Review their privacy notices before providing information. Hosting and other service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate; privacy laws may differ between locations.
13. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when relevant website features, providers, or information practices change and revise the last-updated date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
14. Contact us
For website privacy questions or requests, contact Elizabeth Smith at On the Go Wellness: elizabeth@onthego-wellness.com. Keep the initial request limited to the information needed to explain your question; we will identify an appropriate channel if sensitive information is necessary.
