Nutrition and exercise are foundations of wellness. At On the Go Wellness, peptide therapy may be considered alongside those habits when appropriate for your individual care.

What will my treatment cost?
Plans are personalized, so treatment fees vary. The treatment fee includes appointments and the prescribed medication or peptide in your plan.
How much is the initial consultation?
The fee is $75 USD and is nonrefundable. Allow approximately 45 minutes for an in-depth initial consultation.
Are appointments in person or online?
Appointments take place by telehealth, so you can meet with your provider online.
When can I book an appointment?

How do I contact my provider?
Use your client portal for care questions. We aim to respond within 24 hours. For general questions, email elizabeth@onthego-wellness.com.
Can I use insurance?
On the Go Wellness does not accept insurance.
Why use a compounding pharmacy?
Compounding can address individual prescription needs when an FDA-approved medication is not appropriate. On the Go Wellness uses only state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies for patient-specific prescriptions. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Your provider will explain the particular medication, evidence, and risks.
Does this replace my primary care provider?
No. Please maintain an established primary care provider. We can help with a referral if needed.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice by email or through your client portal. Initial consultations remain nonrefundable. Other appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. Missed appointments without notice receive no refund or credit.
