Terms of use.

These terms describe use of the On the Go Wellness website, including pages hosted through Vercel and onthego-wellness.com. By using the website, you agree to these website terms. Separate clinical consent and service agreements may apply when care begins.

The website’s contact form sends general inquiries to Elizabeth for follow-up. Submitting it does not book an appointment or collect payment. Book a Consultation links open Practice Better in a new tab, where you can choose an appointment time and follow the booking, intake, and payment instructions shown there. You may also contact the practice directly by email.

1. Website information and medical advice

This website introduces the practice and provides general information about wellness services. It does not provide an individual diagnosis, a prescription, or a personalized treatment plan. Do not use website content to replace advice from your own healthcare professional or to delay seeking care. Visiting the website, sending an inquiry, or paying for a consultation does not by itself establish a patient-provider relationship; that depends on the practice accepting you for care and completing the applicable clinical process.

2. Emergencies

This website, its forms and email contact are not emergency services and are not monitored continuously. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate care at the nearest emergency department. For urgent concerns that are not emergencies, contact an appropriate healthcare professional rather than waiting for a website inquiry response.

3. Requests and confirmed appointments

A general inquiry is not a confirmed appointment. Use the Book a Consultation link to request an appointment through Practice Better. An appointment is confirmed only after the practice or its booking service provides a confirmation with the appointment details. Review the confirmation, payment information, and applicable policies before completing the booking.

4. Consultation and other fees

The initial consultation costs $75 USD and typically lasts around 45 minutes. It is an in-depth conversation about your health history, goals, and appropriate next steps. The consultation fee does not guarantee eligibility for treatment, a prescription, or any particular result. Any further treatment fees, services included, and payment arrangements will be explained separately before you agree to them. Review the price and payment terms shown in Practice Better before completing your booking. Sending a general contact message does not authorize payment or enroll you in a treatment plan.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Initial consultations are nonrefundable, regardless of attendance or future treatment decisions. This is the exception to the general refund rule: other appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting a cancellation or rescheduling, by email or through your client portal when available. Missed appointments without prior notice receive no refund or credit. These terms do not add a late-cancellation fee or limit any refund or consumer rights required by applicable law. See the linked policies for the full practice rules.

6. Eligibility and clinical decisions

Service availability depends on the practice’s ability to provide appropriate care, including applicable licensing requirements for your location and any relevant eligibility or consent requirements. Provide accurate contact information and, when care begins, accurate health and location information through the practice’s designated clinical channel. Treatment, medication, or peptide recommendations depend on an individual assessment and clinical judgment; availability on this website is not a promise that a particular treatment will be prescribed. Outcomes vary. The practice will explain any additional consent or service requirements before care begins.

7. Communications and privacy

Keep general inquiries limited to contact details and non-sensitive questions. Do not send detailed medical information, passwords, or full payment card details through ordinary email or this website. For clinical communication, use the channel designated by the practice once care is established. Information handling is described in the website privacy policy; a separate clinical privacy notice may also apply. Using the website or submitting a contact message does not replace informed consent for treatment or telehealth and does not authorize marketing messages.

8. Booking platforms and external links

The practice uses Practice Better for appointment booking, the client portal, and related intake and consultation payment steps. Consultation links open Practice Better in a new tab. External platforms have their own privacy notices and terms, which you should review before entering information or making a payment. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; On the Go Wellness does not control those websites. The practice’s own service and refund policies continue to apply to its services, alongside any applicable platform terms.

9. Appropriate website use and ownership

You may browse the website and use its information for personal, noncommercial purposes. Respect the practice’s branding and other owners’ rights in text, images, and materials. Do not republish or commercially use protected materials without permission, except where the law allows. Do not submit false or misleading inquiries, impersonate someone, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the website or another person’s use of it. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the site.

10. Accuracy, availability, and your rights

We aim to keep website information accurate and useful, but information may change and the site may occasionally contain errors or be unavailable. Confirm appointment, eligibility, and payment details directly with the practice before relying on them. We will correct material errors when identified. Nothing in these website terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or waives responsibility for clinical care. Separate clinical agreements and applicable law govern the delivery of care.

11. Changes and questions about these terms

We may update these terms as the website or services change and will revise the last-updated date above. Revised website terms apply prospectively; they do not retroactively change a paid appointment or a separately agreed care plan. Relevant service or fee changes will be explained before a new booking or agreement. If something is unclear or you have a concern about a charge, appointment, or website information, contact Elizabeth so the practice can help. These terms do not prevent you from exercising legal rights or contacting your payment provider.

12. Contact On the Go Wellness
